The Institute for Science in Agriculture’s mission is to provide impartial, accurate, factual information about food and agricultural production to consumers, retailers, producers, farmers, distributors, and manufacturers of food products and to be a resource for scientific information to regulatory agencies and educational institutions. This will be accomplished through reviewing and interpreting published scientific literature and applied research studies to provide timely and accurate information.
